Hi @Skumar We faced issues with connect tunnel legacy clients where the route was not getting published with proper matrix. It worked properly with the CTDG client version 12.4.1 Can you let us know the difference between the functionalities of the legacy and CTDG clients?

Hi On Packet capture i could only find consumed and generated packets. But somehow the sensor is added on PRTG, now all the interfaces that i have added are fluctuating every few minutes, whereas other firewall sensors like HTTPS, SSL, etc shows green. I also have a cisco L3 switch added on PRTG, it shows no such problems.…

Hi @BWC , I am using SMS OTP inside the radius server. My concern is If my radius server is down, how will the users in that particular realm authenticate? Can i configure a backup/secondary LDAP authentication in that same realm where the radius is primary or the users need to manually change the REALM before connection?

Hi @shiprasahu93 Is any other solution is available. This issue we start facing only after upgrading windows 10 to server 2004 version. We don't want to make any changes at the system level.

Hi @Lucas Did you get the solution on it from support..?? Because same kind of issue i am facing at customer site. Tried everything but file will not get transferred through winscp but when we check same setting going through cyberoam firewall it works fine.
